Industrial Training Fund
Established in 1971, the Industrial Training Fund has operated consistently and painstakingly within the context of its enabling laws Decree 47 of 1971 as Amended in the 2011 ITF ACT.
The objective for which the Fund was established has been pursued vigorously and efficaciously. In the four decades of its existence, the ITF has not only raised training consciousness in the economy, but has also helped in generating a corps of skilled indigenous manpower which has been manning and managing various sectors of the national economy.
Vital is partnered with Industrial Training Fund (Federal Government of Nigeria). Together we design and implement various training programmes at different venues or at the facilities

Department Training
Established in 1971, the Industrial Training Fund has operated consistently and painstakingly within the context of its enabling laws Decree 47 of 1971 as Amended in the 2011 ITF ACT.
Heads of Departments in liaison with senior management develop the required training for their workforce. This has developed a sense of pride for our staff and the trainings are either interactive or on the factory floor/market. Our teams are regularly sent to off site training centres/ events to learn skill sets that help improve their personal developmental goals and department specific needs.

For our staff workshops and seminars are organized regularly to acquaint them with the current trends, models , techniques and the latest trends, manufacturing, food production, packaging processes as well as encouraging them to think of innovative trends in marketing in distribution amongst their teams.

Team Building happens in; boardrooms, factory floors & on the field. Vital are keen that all departments develop an understanding and respect for their colleagues roles. Our staff are encouraged 3 times a year to participate department ‘market days’ where they go to another department to learn and understand the whole system.
